Meet, Lucinda Van de Rheede, the heart of the lab. If she is not coordinating the lab she finds herself orchestrating funds for film projects she is passionate about.

For the past 2 years she dished her hand in curating films for MIP Africa’s Fame Week Short film festival and Sauti Zetu film festival. She is currently lending a hand as programming assistant at Encounters South African International Documentary Festival.

As our Project Manager she immerses herself in creating a safe space for all participants and consultants.
